What if the AI gets something wrong?
Anything that matters goes through a human approval step, and every action is logged so you can see what happened and why.
Do we have to change our tools?
No. We connect what you already use.
Can you automate WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, so your number stays in good standing.
Two rules come with it. Customers must opt in, and outside the 24 hours after a customer last messaged you, the business can only start a conversation with a message template Meta has approved in advance; free-form replies work only inside that window. Meta also watches how people respond: blocks and spam reports lower the number’s quality rating, which can pause templates, cap how many people you can message, or restrict the number. Bots run through the ordinary WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app, or through unofficial tools, break WhatsApp’s terms and can get the number banned. So we build only on the official platform, get your templates approved before launch, and message only people who asked to hear from you.
What happens if one of our tools changes?
Small breakages are fixed free in the first 30 days. After that, the care plan covers it, or we quote the fix.
Where does our data go?
It stays in your accounts. We build to the PDPA, and our shared responsibility document spells out who owns what.
Are there any running costs?
Often none, and never a fee to us. It runs in your own accounts, so any usage costs (the AI model, or a hosting plan for heavier jobs) are paid straight to the provider. We put the monthly estimate in the quote before you commit.
